Working Together
I know that starting therapy—or starting over—is a big step, and sometimes even the hardest one to take. My hope is that working together, we can make that step worthwhile.
As your therapist, I am here as a support, a guide, and a sounding board to help you take the steps to making positive changes in your life. I look to create a warm and nonjudgmental environment for you to work through whatever is on your mind day to day, or the bigger issues that you wish to tackle. Our sessions are a place for you to explore and express yourself fully, so that together, we may process your inner conflicts and come up with realistic and concrete solutions to the challenges you are facing.
My Approach
I approach therapy much as I approach life: with curiosity, warmth, and genuine interest in understanding people.
My work is grounded in a psychodynamic and relational perspective, meaning I value the connection we build as the foundation for meaningful change. Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences and relationships shape how you see yourself and move through the world today.
