Payment & Insurance
I’m an out-of-network provider which means I do not participate directly with insurance plans.
Many insurance plans will reimburse a portion or all of therapy costs once your deductible is met. If you’d like to use out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit for reimbursement.
I encourage clients to check with their insurance company to confirm coverage before we begin.

FAQ
Do you accept insurance?
I’m an out-of-network provider. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits, which may reimburse some or all of the cost of each session. I offer a superbill after sessions to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
I currently only see clients virtually. I see clients residing in New York and New Jersey.
How long are sessions?
Each session is 50 minutes. I typically recommend meeting weekly to maintain consistency and progress.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you’re unsure, we can talk through it during your free consultation — there’s no pressure to commit until it feels right.
